01/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 1 December, the European Parliament gave its green light to visa-free regimes for five countries from the Pacific – the Kiribati Islands, Micronesia, Tuvalu, the Solomon Islands and the Marshall Islands. Citizens from these states will be able to visit the Schengen area without a visa for a renewable period of 90 days, and vice-versa for EU citizens visiting these five Pacific states. (SP)
