On Wednesday 30 November, the ambassadors of the member states to the EU (Coreper) observed that many European countries still have parliamentary reservations over the proposed amendments to the 'anti-tax avoidance' directive (ATAD2).
Estonia and Sweden do not seem confident that they will be able to lift these reservations ahead of the ministerial meeting (Ecofin) to be held on Tuesday 6 December. Denmark will lift its reservation on Friday. Slovenia is reported to have said on Wednesday...
