Through the intermediaries of Neighbourhood Policy Commissioner Johannes Hah and Research, Science and Innovation Commissioner Carlos Moedas, the European Union has launched a new initiative, EU4Innovation, in Yerevan with the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine).
