17/11/2016 (Agence Europe) – In a press release on Tuesday 15 November, the European Investment Bank, Bank of Africa, BMCE (African branch of the Moroccan Bank for External Trade) and the AFD (French Development Agency) joined together “to promote climate change adaptation and protect water resources in Morocco”.
