Commission proposes not to suspend ESI funds for Portugal and Spain

The debate is now closed. At the stock-take on the draft budget plans of the member states in the framework of the European Semester, on Wednesday 16 November, the European Commission announced that the Spanish and Portuguese structural and investment funds will not be the subject of any suspension for 2017.
