Clarification on member states' positions on geo-blocking

15/11/2016 (Agence Europe) – The most popular option among member states in the dossier on unfair geo-blocking was Number 1 (definition of directed activity) and not Number 2 (explicit provision on the application of traders’ rights), as mistakenly indicated in the article on the on-going discussions at the Council of the EU (see EUROPE 11665).(SPj)
