OECD calls on Commission to come into line with its tax havens criteria

The OECD has concerns that the European Commission would create double standards in its black list of tax havens, should the European criteria deviate from the international ones. This is essentially the message sent out by Pascal Saint-Amans, Director of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration of the OECD, who paid a visit to the Commission on Tuesday 20 September.
