07/09/2016 (Agence Europe) – In Case C-101/15 P on Wednesday 7 September, the European Court of Justice rejected an appeal by the Pilkington company, confirming a €357 million fine levied on it by the European Commission for its involvement in a car glass cartel (see EUROPE 9781). The Court thus fully followed conclusions submitted by Advocate General Juliane Kokott in April (see EUROPE 11532). (JK)
