Brussels, 30/06/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 30 June, the European Union and Turkey announced the opening of a new negotiation chapter as part of Turkey's EU accession process. The new chapter should determine Ankara's financial contributions to the European budget, against a backdrop of continuing tension on Ankara's rule of law principles.
