Brussels, 10/06/2016 (Agence Europe) - Despite a shared ambition to modernise the trade defence instruments (TDI) of the EU as a matter of urgency, the Twenty-Eight remain “divided” over certain elements of the draft reform proposed by the Commission in April 2013, in particular the derogations to the 'lesser duty rule', the Dutch Foreign Minister, Bert Koenders, confirmed at the plenary session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Wednesday 8 June.
