France feels that its patent boxes do not need to be modified

Brussels, 08/06/2016 (Agence Europe) -France believes that its pro-intellectual property regime, known as 'patent boxes”, do not need any changes ('rollback'), as it considers that its regime is not harmful, according to the six-monthly report of the Council's 'corporate taxation code of conduct' group, of which EUROPE has had sight.

On 2 June of this year, at the meeting of the group, the other member states asked it to prove that its patent box regime complies with the new OECD...
