Amazon must stop designating Luxembourg's legal system as the only one applicable to its sales in the EU

Brussels, 02/06/2016 (Agence Europe) - US e-commerce giant Amazon should change its general sales conditions because the clause establishing that solely the law of Luxembourg applies to its contracts for the sale of goods in the European Union is abusive, says European Court of Justice Advocate General Henrik Saugmandsgaard Oe.
