Brussels, 28/04/2016 (Agence Europe) - The anti-smuggling and anti-counterfeiting agreements between the EU and the major tobacco manufacturers could be entering their last days. At a meeting focussing on improving transparency in tobacco lobbying, on Wednesday 27 April, the head of the private office of Health Commissioner Vytenis Andriukaitis indicated that the Commission would not renew the agreement with Philip Morris International (PMI), the first to expire.
