Brussels, 28/04/2016 (Agence Europe) - In a decision published on Thursday 28 April, the General Court of the EU rejected the request by Jean-Marie Le Pen (France, non-attached) to have the €320,000 demanded by the European Parliament suspended, for having created a bogus Parliamentary assistant post between 2007 and 2014.
