Brussels, 21/04/2016 (Agence Europe) - The European Union will sign the Paris Agreement at a signing ceremony in New York on Friday 22 April, to be hosted by United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. However, there is a risk that this first universal climate agreement could come into force without the EU and its 28 member states having ratified it.
