Brussels, 19/04/2016 (Agence Europe) - The regulation doubling the caps for the buying-in of butter and skimmed milk powder at a fixed price in 2016 comes into force this Wednesday 20 April, following publication of the text in the previous day's Official Journal (see EUROPE 11530).
