11/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - A seminar on investment and growth organised by UfM. The Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), the cooperation platform for economic development in the Mediterranean, ANIMA, and iesMed, a cooperative platform for boosting the Mediterranean social economy, are organising a seminar in Barcelona on 14-15 March on “inclusive investment in the Mediterranean”. The UfM states that the seminar will take place around the launch of two projects labelled by the UfM. These are “Economic Development through Inclusive and Local Empowerment - EDILE, and EUROMED Invest Promotion & Observatory - EMIPO” which were set up “to promote investment and support the development of the private sector in the Mediterranean region”.
