Brussels, 22/02/2016 (Agence Europe) - In a decision published on Monday 22 February, (case 12/2013/MDC), European Ombudsman Emily O'Reilly says that the European Commission is guilty of maladministration as its Directorate General for Health (DG SANTE) authorises pesticides before receiving all the data necessary to support such decisions.
