Brussels, 02/02/2016 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 2 February, the high-level group on simplification, which is chaired by former Commissioner Siim Kallas, took its first-ever look at the question of the use of financial instruments in the framework of the cohesion policy, to facilitate the work of the final beneficiaries.
