Brussels, 17/12/2015 (Agence Europe) - It was a rather narrow majority that voted for a commission of inquiry into the Volkswagen affair (354 votes to 229, with 35 abstentions, out of 618 eligible voters) in the European Parliament plenary session on Thursday 17 December.
