Brussels, 23/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - The world's climate and multilateral trade will dominate the Council of Ministers of the group of 79 ACP (Africa, Caribbean and Pacific) states which is meeting in Brussels on 23-25 November, ahead of COP 21 (Paris, 30 November-11 December) and the 10th ministerial conference of the WTO (Nairobi, 15-18 December).
