Brussels, 28/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 28 October, the European Parliament decided to provide for additional funds to the 2016 budget of the EU to respond to needs stemming from the unprecedented influx of refugees within the EU and outside it. Additional resources have also been provided for to pay for job creation in favour of young people, to improve the EU's competitiveness and to pay its outstanding bills.
