Brussels, 23/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - Twelve EU member states exceeded their national milk quotas in 2014-2015, the last year of the quota system. These countries' producers will, therefore, have to pay a superlevy totalling €818 million, according to figures published by the European Commission on Tuesday 20 October.
