Brussels, 23/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Greens/EFA Group at the European Parliament put down a resolution on Tuesday 20 October calling on the European Commission to open an EU-wide investigation and on Parliament to set up a temporary commission of inquiry to determine how widespread manipulation of the emissions tests is among European car makers.
