Member states should not be able to ban work of tax consultancies registered in another member state

Brussels, 02/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - EU law does not allow the banning of a tax consultancy company based in one member state from providing services in another member state simply on the grounds that the company does not meet authorisation and qualification rules of the other country.
