Brussels, 10/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 10 July, the European Commission announced that the EU and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania have reached a compromise on the content of the new fisheries agreement between the parties.
This is good news for the EU fishing industry. The previous EU/Mauritania agreement expired at the end of December 2014, when no common ground could be found to renew it.
