07/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - Launch of MSG-4 rescheduled for 15 July. On Monday 6 July, Arianespace announced the launch of the MSG-4 meteorological satellite for Wednesday 15 July (launch window between 23: 42 and 00: 19, Paris time). Last week, the French launch system operator postponed the launch of Ariane 5, initially planned for Wednesday 8 July, because of hydrocarbon contamination of Brazilian television broadcasting satellite, Star One C4 Europe (see EUROPE 11350). The European and Brazilian satellites will be sent into orbit by the same launcher. (PH)
