Brussels, 01/07/2015 (Agence Europe) - An Internet news portal can broadcast videos but it cannot, however, be considered as an audiovisual media service in the sense of EU law. Consequently, the provisions concerning the services, particularly with regard to editorial responsibility, do not apply.
