Brussels, 30/06/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 29 June, France's Secretary of State for Foreign Trade Matthias Fekl warned that France would not ratify the EU-Canada free trade agreement (CETA) in its current state if the investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism provided for in the agreement is not modified.
“Obviously, if we make proposals and they are not picked up, there will not be a majority in France to ratify this treaty. This will also be the case in other countries...
