Luxembourg, 19/06/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Ecofin Council in Luxembourg on Friday 19 June did not manage to agree on an anti-abuse clause in the interest and royalties directive, since several countries withheld their vote to ensure the question of proper payment of tax was discussed under the said directive.
