Kiev requests exemption to certain provisions in European Convention on Human Rights

Strasbourg, 11/06/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Ukrainian government has informed the Council of Europe that it has decided to withdraw a number of its obligations included in the European Convention on Human Rights in the east of Ukraine, where fighting is taking place with pro-Russian separatists.
