04/06/2015 (Agence Europe) - Second CESEC meeting in Dubrovnik on 10 July. Set up last February (see EUROPE 11249), the Central East South Europe Gas Connectivity (CESEC) high level group (comprising Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia, and chaired by the European Commission) will hold its second meeting on 10 July - in Dubrovnik. On Tuesday 2 June, the Commission announced that during this meeting, CESEC will review progress made at expert level on establishing an action plan for building the priority missing infrastructure in the region in order to secure the region's supply of gas. The ultimate gaol is for each of the nine member states in the region to have access to at least three different sources of gas supply. (Emmanuel Hagry)
