08/05/2015 (Agence Europe) - Award to 2015 prize-winner Martin Schulz on 14 May. European Parliament President Martin Schulz will be awarded the 57th International Charlemagne Prize at a ceremony in the town hall of Aachen (Germany) at 11.00am on Thursday 14 May (see EUROPE 11218). The prize is being awarded as a tribute to Schulz's action (a German social-democrat) in promoting increased European integration while placing the European Parliament at the centre of the political game.
