Brussels, 29/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - The way is paved for the adoption of the EU's draft regulation which, for the first time, will require ship owners using EU ports to monitor and report CO2 emissions from shipping each year. On Tuesday 28 April, the European Parliament confirmed in Strasbourg the informal agreement found with the Council on first reading of this future legislation.
