Brussels, 21/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 21 April, the General Affairs Council gave the European Commission a mandate to negotiate an agreement on reinsurance with the United States.
The Commission will negotiate on behalf of the European Union, in consultation with a specific working group of the Council of the EU.
