Council of Europe concerned at events in Melilla and Ceuta

Brussels, 09/04/2015 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Europe's anti-torture committee (CPT) published its report on Thursday 9 April on its visit in July 2014 to the Spanish enclave of Melilla which borders on Morocco. The report examines allegations of maltreatment of irregular migrants made against the Spanish Guardia Civil.
