Germany and France want to review ISDS clause in CETA

Brussels, 26/01/2015 (Agence Europe) - During a bilateral meeting in Berlin on Wednesday 21 January, Germany's economy minister, Sigmar Gabriel, and France's secretary of state for external trade, Matthias Fekl, agreed to assess - with the EU member states and the European Commission - all the possible options for amendment to be brought to the clause on investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) in the free trade agreement with Canada (CETA).
