Brussels, 28/11/2014 (Agence Europe) - The first twelve pan-African development projects with European Union funding of €107.2 million in total are about to be launched, the Commission announced on Thursday 27 November. The Commission has approved these twelve projects under its new PanAfrican programme - an innovation of the EU-Africa strategic partnership that was announced in April of this year to enhance development and so foster continental integration.
