Brussels, 17/11/2014 (Agence Europe) - Ample conclusions on cohesion policy will be adopted by the General Affairs Council on Wednesday 19 November. They could give rise to a tricky debate among the ministers on this policy which takes a large slice of the European budget but proves divisive on how investments are made.
