Brussels, 17/11/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 17 November, the Council of the EU took the decision officially to launch the advisory mission for civilian security sector reform in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine). Around 50 European advisers are already in Kiev and the objective is to achieve a mission with a staff of 100 European members.
