Brussels, 22/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has brought significant changes to the Council position on the draft EU budget for 2015. In Strasbourg on Wednesday 22 October, it increased the draft budget presented by the European Commission by €4 billion in commitments and €750 million in payments.
