Appeal not to break up 4th railway package

Brussels, 22/10/2014 (Agence Europe) - The European Rail Freight Association (ERFA) has warned that if the technical pillar were separated from the political pillar, the 4th railway package would be destroyed. ERFA represents new railway service market entrants.
