Brussels, 25/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 25 September, the Commission sent a reasoned opinion to Germany, calling on the country to comply with the 2006 directive on air conditioning systems in cars (“MAC” directive), which provides for a phase-out of the use of fluorinated greenhouse gases in cars' air conditioning systems, for environmental reasons.
