Greece under fire over its legislation on filling stations

Brussels, 25/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - In a reasoned opinion dated Thursday 25 September, the Commission called upon Greece to change its legislation allowing filling stations located on the country's land borders with the towns of Kipi, in Turkey, Kakkayia, in Albania, and Evzoni, in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, to sell fuel free of excise duty.
