Brussels, 17/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - At a debate attended by Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht in Strasbourg on Tuesday 16 September, many members of the European Parliament reiterated their opposition to the investor/state dispute settlement clause (ISDS) provided for in the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between the EU and Canada, the CETA, and threatened not to ratify the agreement in 2015.
