List of entities directly supervised by ECB published

Brussels, 04/09/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 4 September, the European Central Bank (ECB) published the list of the banks of systemic importance in the eurozone that it will be directly supervising from 4 November 2014 onwards under the supervisory arm of banking union.

There are 119 banks on the list: 21 from Germany, 15 from Spain, 14 from Italy, 10 from France, 8 from Austria, 7 from Belgium, 7 from the Netherlands, 6 from Ireland, 5 from Luxembourg, 4 from Greece, 4 from Cyprus, 4...
