Brussels, 15/07/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 14 July, the European Commission opened an in-depth investigation into the plans of the Lithuanian telecoms regulator, RRT, regarding fixed-line call termination rates, that is, the charges made by telecommunications operators to transfer calls between networks.
