Strasbourg, 26/06/2014 (Agence Europe) - Former Norwegian Socialist Prime Minister Thorbjorn Jagland has been re-elected to the post of Secretary General of the Council of Europe, garnering 156 votes against the 93 which went to German Liberal, Sabine Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger.
