06/05/2014 (Agence Europe) - Nestlé allowed to buy up Galderma. On Monday 5 May, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the acquisition of sole control over the Swiss-based Galderma by Nestlé. Galderama is currently jointly controlled by Nestlé and L'Oréal.
