Brussels, 26/03/2014 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 26 March, Coreper approved the agreement reached in trialogue talks last week to make it easier for victims to obtain compensation for the breach of anti-trust laws (cartels, abuse of dominant position, etc., see EUROPE 10422). Member states have two years to transpose the new rules into their legislation from the date they come into force.
